Eternised ("we", "us", "our") is a luxury AI portrait studio operated by The Circle Editions LLC, a company registered in the State of Delaware, United States of America. We transform customer-submitted photographs into custom classical oil painting portraits, available as digital downloads and archival print products shipped worldwide.
Orders are initiated via our website or WhatsApp. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are displayed in USD. By completing payment you confirm that you have reviewed and approved your portrait preview.
After receiving your photo, we generate a watermarked preview and deliver it via WhatsApp within 24 hours — completely free, with no payment required. Revisions are included as follows:
Once you approve the portrait and payment is made, the order is final and production begins immediately.
You are responsible for ensuring any photo submitted is owned by you or that you hold the legal right to use it. By submitting a photo you grant Eternised a limited, non-exclusive licence to process the image solely to fulfil your order.
Your portrait is created for personal use. You receive a licence to print, display, and share it for non-commercial purposes. Commercial use or resale without written permission is prohibited. Eternised reserves the right to display anonymised portrait examples for marketing unless you opt out in writing.
All printed products ship worldwide with free delivery on every order. Estimated timelines are indicative — we are not liable for carrier delays. Import duties and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
As every portrait is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns based on preference. Exceptions:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eternised shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, USA.
